Accessibility

D4Dent aims to make the Platform usable for people with diverse abilities across India.

Last Updated: July 20, 2026

Our commitment

D4dent LLP is committed to improving digital accessibility of d4dent.org and related applications. This statement describes our approach; it is not a claim of full WCAG certification.

For privacy and Data Principal rights under Indian law (DPDP Act / Rules), see our Privacy Policy.

Perceivable content

We aim for readable contrast, clear headings, and text alternatives for meaningful images where the Platform provides them. Marketing and clinical UIs continue to be reviewed for clarity.

Keyboard and navigation

Core public and account flows are intended to be usable with a keyboard and standard browser zoom. We prioritise fixing barriers that block login, booking, and rights/consent pages.

Standards we target

We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a practical target for public pages and key patient journeys. Full conformance is an ongoing programme, not a completed certification claim.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, tell us what page you were on, what assistive technology you use (if any), and what went wrong. We will acknowledge and work to remediate.

Report an accessibility issue

Email [email protected] with the subject line Accessibility feedback, or use our Contact page. Support hours match those listed for the Grievance Officer on the Privacy Policy (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST).
