What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage for session and preference data. Some are essential to run the Platform; others help us understand usage.

Essential cookies

Required for authentication, security, load balancing, and remembering basic preferences (for example theme or session). These are necessary to provide the service you request and are not used for marketing.

Analytics cookies

We may use Google Analytics (or similar tools) to understand aggregated traffic and feature usage. Analytics should only run with your consent. We aim not to send names, emails, phone numbers, ABHA identifiers, or clinical details in analytics events. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is processed.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or other core features from working. For Data Principal requests related to analytics or cookies, contact the Grievance Officer listed in the Privacy Policy.
